Payment and Booking

To reserve a piece of equipment, select the date(s) and time slot(s) you wish to reserve, then click on "Reserve":

  • or a deposit of 30% (the remaining balance to be paid on arrival)
  • or pay the full amount of the reservation.

You will receive an email confirming your equipment reservation with a summary of your booking.

As soon as you have finalized your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be picked up at the date and time you have chosen.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes in advance to allow time to check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return that you indicated at the time of booking.

The balance must be paid on site in cash, credit card or vacation vouchers.

Bring cash in case of computer problems, as there is no bank in Bauduen.

You've finalized your order and haven't received your tickets by e-mail? Start by checking your spam folder!

For each order/reservation, you must validate payment via your bank application. Even if the bank grants payment, if the site does not validate the reservation, the transaction is automatically cancelled. Always wait for the site to confirm that the reservation has been taken into account (the bank is not enough).  

If you would like to change your booking date, time or number of participants. Please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail contact@playalocation.fr or by phone +33 6 72 01 60 43 to modify your booking (subject to availability).

It is possible to cancel a reservation. To do so, please contact us by e-mail at contact@playalocation.fr or by telephone on +33 6 72 01 60 43.

In the event of cancellation less than 72 hours before the start of the booking, no refund will be possible. If you cancel after 48 hours, your payment or deposit will be refunded.

Equipment capacity

Lagon 55: 10 persons (7 adults and 3 children*) - 700kg max. load

Scoop+: 7 people (5 adults and 2 children) - 500kg maximum load

5 people maximum (4 adults max).

1 or 2 people depending on the paddle.

1 or 2 people depending on the kayak (single or double).

3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Delay / Damaged or lost equipment

Punctuality is very important to us in order to ensure the smooth running of our services and the satisfaction of all our customers. If you feel that you will not be able to return the rented equipment on time, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible.
It is important to note that if equipment is returned late, additional charges may apply, in accordance with our general rental conditions.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, to avoid these possible penalties, we encourage you to plan your rental carefully and keep to the scheduled times.

We rely on your responsibility to use rented equipment respectfully and to return it in the same condition as when you received it. However, we understand that incidents may occur.
If any equipment is damaged during your rental, you may be charged a replacement fee. In the event of equipment loss, you may be required to pay the replacement value.

General information - Safety

Free public parking is available close to our nautical base.

 

You have access to the shaded terrace and our refreshment bar.

We offer cold drinks, ice creams and coffee.
There are also restaurants and a bakery in the village of Bauduen.

 

No, children must be accompanied by at least one adult.

No, children are the responsibility of their legal guardians. Under no circumstances may you leave them unsupervised.

 

You are responsible for your personal belongings. The Playa Location team cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or deterioration of belongings left unattended.
